How it Works
The OneABQ app houses city’s applications in one easy-to-use app available for any Android or Apple device. It allows users to report issues to 311, check on the status of existing 311 reports, link to other mobile applications, and receive important notifications from the City of Albuquerque.

City of Albuquerque – 311 Community Contact Center
We answer questions and respond to requests for service.
The 311 Community Contact Center is a centralized call center for the City of Albuquerque. The 311 service is a single telephone number for all non-emergency City of Albuquerque inquiries and services.

Reporting a crime by phone, (505) 242-COPS or (505) 242-2677. The Telephone Reporting Unit is responsible for reports where the suspects’ identity is unknown, as well as all minor crime reports that do not require any field investigation by patrol officers in the field.

The Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority provides water and wastewater services to the greater Albuquerque metropolitan area. It is the largest water and wastewater utility in New Mexico.

How to Report the Recent Mail Theft activity in Albuquerque Foothills.
Stealing mail is a Federal offense and should be reported to the Postal Inspector. Phone number is 877-876-2455. To report by email postalinspectors.uspis.gov
They recommended reporting any activity even if there is no identifiable features in a video or picture. Time and location can be helpful. Locking mailboxes, bringing in your mail etc. discourages theft.
